How do I get tickets?

Photos with Santa tickets will be available for in-person pickup only at the Gulf of Georgia Cannery.

• Date: Sunday, December 8th, 2024
• Time: 10:30am-12:30pm

When do Photos with Santa take place?

• Photos with Santa will run from 2:00 pm-4:00pm on December 8^th at the Gulf of Georgia Cannery.
• Timed-entries will be scheduled for 2:00pm, 2:30pm, 3:00pm, and 3:30pm.
• Photos must be taken with your own camera/phone; there will not be a photographer onsite for this event.

What does my ticket provide?

• Free entry to the Gulf of Georgia Cannery for you and your family (partner and children)
• Timed entry to take your Photo with Santa in the Cannery’s Boiler House Theatre.

How many tickets are available?

• 20 timed-entry tickets will be available per 30-minute timeslot, for a total of 80 tickets available between 2-4pm.

What do I need to bring?

• When arriving for your Photo with Santa, please bring your timed-entry ticket to present to staff. Once presented, staff will direct you to the Photos with Santa lineup.
• Please bring your own phone/photography device to capture your picture.

Terms and Conditions:

• Timed-entry tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Maximum 2 tickets per person.
• Ticket time denotes entry to line up for photos only, this does not guarantee the time that your photo will be taken.
• No food or drink is allowed inside the Cannery or the Boiler House Theatre. Food and drink can be left at the Cannery’s front desk for safekeeping.

Photo note: Families partaking in photos with Santa will need to provide their own camera (iphone, smartphone) to capture their memories. The Cannery will not be providing any professional photography services onsite at this time.

What to expect: Due to our building’s unique placement over the water and historic architecture, it is colder inside the Cannery than it is outdoors; please dress appropriately to stay comfortable and enjoy your visit.

Photos with Santa – Sunday, December 8, 2pm – 4pm

Join us on Sunday, December 8, for Santa at the Cannery! Celebrate the holiday season, enjoy free admission, and festive activities – including meeting Santa! From 2-4pm, take your photo with Santa and Mrs. Claus in the Cannery’s very own Boiler House Theatre.

Explore the Steveston Festival of Trees and vote for your favourite entries free of charge, enjoy live musical performances on the Cannery stage, and see Santa as he arrives for the season!

Photos with Santa are free and require a ticket. Tickets will be available for pickup onsite starting at 10:30am day-of (Sunday, December 8^th). Tickets are limited will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No reservations or pre-booking available.

• Admission to the Cannery and photos with Santa are free; however, photos with Santa require a ticket. Tickets will be available for pickup onsite starting at 10:30am day-of (Sunday, December 8).
