Do I need to buy a ticket?
Tickets are required to reserve a spot for Photos with Santa during Santa at the Cannery day. For 2025, tickets are available at no cost; we cannot guarantee that this will be the case in future years.
When/where are tickets available?
Photos with Santa tickets will be available to pick up on December 7th only. The ticket table will be available outside the front doors of the Cannery (or in the Lobby in case of inclement weather) beginning at 10:30am.
Tickets are first-come, first-served.
How many people are included per ticket?
Each ticket includes access to Photos with Santa for one “family group” (parents/guardians and children). We generally estimate this as up to 6 people; additional ticket will be required for groups above 6.
Is there a limit on how many tickets I can pick up?
Yes, there is a limit of 2 tickets per person/group who comes to pick up on December 7th.

Do I need my ticket to get in?
Yes, physical tickets will need to be shown to Photos with Santa staff or volunteers in order to access the event.
What if I don’t get tickets?
Once tickets are sold out, we cannot guarantee a spot for your family. However, we may have extra space available at the end of each 30-minute block; you are welcome to stick around the Cannery and check in with Photos with Santa staff towards the end of a time block (ex. 2:20, 2:50, 3:20, 3:50) to see if extra space may be available.
What do I need to bring?
