Finally, experience the Fish Tales exhibit that inspired the recipe book, back at the Cannery for a limited time only! Watch community interviews, learn about a variety of fish and seafood dishes, and share recipes, memories, and experiences of your own.
This is more than just a cookbook: In addition to 28 unique fish and seafood recipes provided by Cannery visitors, Steveston’s fishing and canning communities, and more, this all-new publication shares interviews from past Cannery workers and volunteers, highlights key elements of Steveston’s history and transformation, and paints a picture of the experience of working and living on Cannery Row all through the lens of food.
